Camera Setup
Setup is quick and easy via the Aiwit app:
- Download the Aiwit app and create a user account.
- Tap “+” to add a new camera.
- Select the device type “IPC Camera”.
- Press and hold the setup button on the camera until the voice prompt starts.
- Connect the camera to your 2.4 GHz WiFi (5 GHz networks are not supported).
- Scan the QR code displayed in the app to complete the setup.
Family Sharing
The camera can be shared with other family members.
- Device sharing via email or QR code
- Up to 8 additional user accounts can get access
- Up to 3 people can view the live stream simultaneously
- The two-way audio function can only be used by one user at a time

Why doesn't the camera connect to WiFi?
The camera exclusively supports 2.4 GHz WiFi. Ensure your router provides a 2.4 GHz network and that the WiFi password has been entered correctly.
Why is the camera offline?
Possible causes:
- The power supply was interrupted.
- The WiFi connection is too weak or was disconnected.
In this case, it is recommended to reset the camera, reconnect it to WiFi, and, if necessary, place the router closer to the camera.
Can I share the camera with my family?
Yes. The camera can be shared with up to 8 additional user accounts. Up to 3 people can view the live image simultaneously.
